Private small Yurt hosted by Sydney & Robin

The Fawn is a romantic, unique guest accommodation. As you lay in bed, you can look up at the stars through the glass roof dome.

A queen platform bed with storage and a suitcase stand helps keep your space organized. Enjoy luxury bedding and towels, along with a small assortment of kitchen items and a Keurig coffee station.

A Dyson fan/A/C unit keeps the space cool and comfortable.

Outside, enjoy a small patio with lawn chairs, a patio table set, and BBQ.

The space
Located at the end of a private lane, the property offers a peaceful, quiet escape surrounded by nature, with large open grassy areas to enjoy. While it feels tucked away, you’re still connected to the community by a nearby golf cart path leading to the Community Hall, tennis and pickleball courts, and playground.

We overlook Mabel Lake Blueberry Farm, home to the Very Berry Café and fresh local produce — known for their blueberries (in season).

You’re just a 5-minute walk to the Shuswap River and approximately 10–15 minutes to Mabel Lake, including the public beach and boat launch. The 9-hole golf course is also a short walk away.

The property is spacious and relaxed, shared with a few nearby yurts, creating a quiet, community-style atmosphere while still allowing plenty of room to unwind.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the large grassy areas around the property, perfect for relaxing, picnics, games, and stargazing.

The shared Shower House includes a shower room and a separate washroom.

The cabin, other yurts (including their decks and seating), and the lower ungrassed areas are occupied by other guests or hosts, so we ask that these spaces are respected for their privacy

During your stay
We live on the property in the nearby cabin. We prefer to be contacted by text, but are always close by if you need anything or have questions.

In the evenings, we often relax by the fire in the gazebo and are always happy to have guests join us if you feel like being social.

Other things to note
There is no cell service in the area and limited access to stores. A small local convenience store offers a basic selection of food, drinks, ice, liquor, and essentials.

There is no gas station nearby (only boat fuel), so we recommend filling up and purchasing groceries in Enderby or along your route before arriving.

This is a camping-style experience, so there is no full fridge — a cooler is recommended for storing food and drinks.

Propane is provided for the BBQ and fire pit.

Payment and final amounts will be confirmed at check-in.
